What to write to us about
Corrections. Spotted a price that's changed, a delivery option described wrong, or a detail about BornHere that's out of date? Tell us. We check facts against the official service and fix mistakes quickly — a guide like this is only useful if it's accurate.
Your experience. Made a birth story for someone? Tell the discussion what landed. Which part did they open twice — the front pages, the number one song, the moon phase? Real reactions help the next reader choose well, especially for milestone birthdays and baby showers.
Questions the guides don't answer. If you've read the step-by-step walkthrough and something's still unclear, ask in the discussion there. If it's a question others will have too, we'll fold the answer into the page.
What we can't help with
Orders, payments and delivery problems belong to BornHere itself. This site is an independent guide — we don't run the service, we can't see your order, and we can't resend a birth story or issue a refund. For anything about a gift you bought, go straight to the official site at bornhere.app, where the team that runs the service can actually help you.
A note on replies
We're a small guide, not a support desk, so replies can take a little while. Reports about wrong information get priority — those we jump on. And please don't post anyone's full birth details in a public discussion; a first name is plenty if you need to describe the gift you made.
